Unique machinery hall of the Luther factory complex is abandoned for the last decade. The building has always been a special place in Estonian architecture. The client decided to make a proposal how this rustic industrial space can be used as a loft-styled office for a larger business. My part of the job as a visualiser was successfully done on a very tight deadline. I personally wasn’t fully pleased with the result and kept dreaming of continuing the concept. This is the great example when commissioned project turns into something personal. I rebuild the model from scratch and started experimenting. Here you can see the result. A symbiosis of the original design by Kadarik Tüür Architects and my individual craft.
